Hospitality and commercial connectivity

Managed Networking

Wi-Fi and network design, deployment, and support for hotels, resorts, MDUs, restaurants, and small businesses.

Designed around the property

Technology should disappear into the experience.

Guests, residents, staff, and operators expect connectivity throughout the property. Affinitas designs resilient networks around coverage, capacity, roaming, security, and the realities of the physical site—not a generic equipment list.

  • Property-wide Wi-Fi design and deployment
  • Hotels, Resorts, MDU's, Restaurants, Small Business
  • Network monitoring and lifecycle support
  • Direct engineering access when conditions change

What the work covers

Designed as one maintainable system.

Planning, deployment, documentation, and support are treated as parts of the same operational outcome.

Coverage and capacity

Site conditions, construction materials, device density, roaming, outdoor areas, and peak demand shape the design before access points are placed.

Security and segmentation

Guest, resident, staff, payment, surveillance, signage, and building-system traffic can be separated without creating an unmanageable environment.

Lifecycle support

Switching, power, uplinks, documentation, monitoring, and replacement planning are considered alongside the wireless design.

How we work

A clear path from site conditions to a supported system.

  1. 01Define users, applications, coverage areas, operational dependencies, and current pain points.
  2. 02Survey the property and assess RF conditions, cabling, switching, power, and internet service.
  3. 03Design, stage, install, and configure the network around real workflows.
  4. 04Validate coverage and operations, document the system, and establish support ownership.

Common questions

Answers before the project starts.

Do you work with existing network equipment?

Yes. We assess the current cabling, switching, firewall, and wireless environment before deciding what can be retained, reconfigured, or replaced.

Can outdoor areas be included?

Yes. Pools, courtyards, docks, event spaces, and other outdoor areas can be included in the site survey and coverage plan.

Can guest access be separated from business systems?

Yes. Segmentation can isolate guest or resident access from staff, payment, camera, signage, and building systems.

What types of properties do you support?

Affinitas works with hotels, resorts, multi-dwelling communities, restaurants, small businesses, and other commercial properties.

Direct access. Real accountability.
